1. Promoter
The Promoter is Salty Stone Landscaping Pty Ltd of Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Victoria, Australia aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must have a valid Victorian residential address for delivery.
Employees of the Promoter and associated entities are not eligible.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 17:00 Sunday 22nd February AEDT and closes at 11:59PM Sunday 1st March AEDT.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:
- Follow @SaltyStoneLandscaping and @neesh_studio on Instagram
- Like the promotional post
- Tag at least one person in the comments of the Salty Stone Landscaping post
Each separate comment tagging a different person counts as one entry.
No purchase is required.
5. Prize
One (1) Neesh round outdoor table as pictured in the giveaway Instagram post of the Salty Stone Landscaping Instagram account.
Approximate retail value: $3,500.
Chairs and styling accessories are not included.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. Draw Details
The winner will be selected via random electronic draw conducted in Victoria on Monday 2 March at 13:30.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the draw and announced via Instagram.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a redraw may occur.
8. Delivery
Delivery is included within Victoria only.
Delivery timing will be arranged directly with the winner.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the prize.
